Return Policy
Most Items shipped from Aray, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Returns through Aray vendors should be contacted directly to the vendor when there is a problem. If the vendor fails to resolve the problem, you can file a claim. When Aray receives the claim, we send the vendor an email detailing the claim which requests a response with basic information about the order and the fulfillment process. Aray will then determine how the claim will settle.
Aray Global Store Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 to 4 business days for the refund to be processed and 3 to 5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Aray will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact us to request a refund for the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded for the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees, once your return is processed.
Aray vendors currently do not ship internationally.
Aray.net Holiday Return Policy
Items shipped by Aray between November 1 and December 31 of this year, may be returned until January 31 of the following year for a full refund.

How Do I Start a Return?
You can start your return by filling out the form from your account dashboard or fill out this form.
